Liposuction
Liposuction is a surgical procedure designed to remove excess fat from specific areas of the body to reshape and contour it. Here's what the body procedures involve and what patients can expect:
For those patients who need skin tightening due to loose skin, the BodyTite device and liposuction body procedures may be combined. Bodytite is a radiofrequency device that helps tighten the skin.
Abdominal etching, also known as six-pack liposculpture or high-definition liposuction, is one of the cosmetic surgical body procedures aimed at defining and enhancing the appearance of the abdominal muscles.
Liposuction 360
Lipo 360 is liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and whole back, for patients looking for more body-shaping of the waist. Dr. Fallek recommends Lipo 360 over traditional liposuction body procedures.
Body Tite
BodyTite is a safe and effective option for individuals looking to achieve significant body contouring and skin tightening without the need for more invasive surgical body procedures.
Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck)
Tummy tuck body procedures, medically known as abdominoplasty, is a surgical procedure designed to flatten and tighten the abdomen by removing excess skin and fat and tightening the underlying muscles.
A tummy tuck can be an effective solution for individuals looking to address loose, sagging skin and weakened abdominal muscles, often resulting from pregnancy, significant weight loss, or aging.
Nonsurgical Butt Lift
Sculptra is a poly-L-lactic acid injectable filler that’s typically used in body procedures of the face to smooth out deep creases and wrinkles. Unlike hyaluronic acid fillers such as Juvéderm® and Restylane®, which provide immediate results by physically lifting the skin, Sculptra works more gradually by stimulating collagen production over the course of several months.
Radiesse is a brand name for a dermal filler used in cosmetic and medical body procedures to add volume, reduce wrinkles, and stimulate collagen production. Radiesse is an injectable dermal filler made from calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres suspended in a water-based gel. It is a biocompatible and biodegradable product, meaning it doesn't harm the body and is eventually absorbed over time.
Radiesse works in two phases:
- Immediate Volume Addition: When injected, Radiesse provides immediate volume and lift to the treatment area. This makes it effective for reducing wrinkles, folds, and restoring lost volume.
- Collagen Stimulation: The calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres in Radiesse act as a scaffold for collagen production. As the gel is absorbed, new collagen forms around the microspheres, providing longer-lasting effects and enhancing the skin's structural integrity.
Tummy Tuck 360
"Tummy Tuck 360" body procedures are a comprehensive approach to abdominoplasty (commonly known as a tummy tuck) that addresses not only the front abdominal area but also the sides (flanks) and the lower back. These body procedures aims to provide a more complete contouring of the midsection, resulting in a smoother and more toned appearance around the entire torso.
Brazilian Buttock Lift
Buttock Augmentation/Brazilian Butt Lift Call it what you want, but improvement of the buttocks area is one of the most requested procedures for Dr. Fallek. Most patients complain of a lack of volume or fullness of the buttock area, whether due to aging or genetics.
Dr. Fallek offers fat grafting, lifting, and implants for the area. Dr. Fallek prefers to call it buttock contouring because he is more concerned with the shape than the total size. He will usually do a combination of fat transfer as well as liposuction of the surrounding area to shape the area to your desire.
Labiaplasty
Labiaplasty Patients requesting improvement of their pubic area and labia is another one of the body procedures that is becoming more and more popular. Most patients complain of enlarged labia or irregularities in the area.
As a plastic surgeon, Dr. Fallek is an expert at shaping and improving the area. Dr. Fallek is also the inventor of the PULL procedure, which includes liposuction and limited skin removal to improve the pubic area.
Fat Grafting
Fat Grafting, also known as fat transfer or fat injection, is a cosmetic surgical procedure that involves transferring fat from one part of the body to another to enhance or restore volume, contour, and symmetry. It's commonly used in plastic surgery to address various aesthetic concerns, such as facial rejuvenation, breast augmentation, and buttock enhancement.
Fat Grafting with Stem Cells
Fat grafting with stem cells, also known as "stem cell-enriched fat grafting" or "stem cell-assisted lipotransfer," is a procedure that uses a combination of fat tissue and stem cells to enhance the results of fat grafting. This technique is typically used for cosmetic or reconstructive purposes, such as facial rejuvenation, breast reconstruction, or treatment of scars.
PRP Therapy
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy is a cosmetic procedure that involves the use of the patient's own blood to stimulate tissue repair, rejuvenation, and regeneration. PRP contains a concentrated mixture of platelets, growth factors, and other bioactive proteins that promote healing and tissue regeneration. Here's how PRP is used in various
cosmetic procedures:
Facial Rejuvenation - PRP therapy, often referred to as a "vampire facial," is used to rejuvenate the skin and improve its texture, tone, and elasticity. The procedure involves drawing a small amount of blood from the patient, processing it to isolate the platelet-rich plasma, and then injecting or applying it topically to the face. PRP stimulates collagen production, reduces fine lines and wrinkles, and enhances overall skin quality.
Hair Restoration - PRP therapy is used to stimulate hair growth and treat conditions such as alopecia (hair loss). When injected into the scalp or applied topically to the hair follicles, PRP promotes the proliferation of hair follicle stem cells, increases blood flow to the scalp, and prolongs the growth phase of the hair cycle. This can result in thicker, denser hair growth and improved hair quality.
Scar Reduction - PRP therapy is effective in reducing the appearance of scars, including acne scars, surgical scars, and stretch marks. By promoting tissue regeneration and remodeling, PRP helps to soften the texture of cars, improve skin pigmentation, and enhance overall skin appearance.
Skin Tightening - PRP therapy can be combined with other cosmetic procedures, such as microneedling or laser treatments, to enhance skin tightening and firmness. When applied topically or injected into the skin, PRP stimulates collagen and elastin production, leading to tighter, firmer skin and improved facial contours.
Under Eye Rejuvenation - PRP therapy is used to rejuvenate the delicate skin around the eyes, reducing dark circles, puffiness, and fine lines. By promoting collagen synthesis and increasing skin hydration, PRP helps to improve the appearance of the periorbital area, resulting in a more refreshed and youthful look.
PRP therapy is considered safe and minimally invasive since it utilizes the patient's own blood, reducing the risk of adverse reactions or allergic responses. However, as with any cosmetic procedure, results may vary, and multiple treatments may be needed to achieve optimal outcomes.

Fat Grafting
Fat Grafting body procedures, also known as fat transfer or fat injection, is a cosmetic surgical procedure that involves transferring fat from one part of the body to another to enhance or restore volume, contour, and symmetry. It's commonly used in plastic surgery to address various aesthetic concerns, such as facial rejuvenation, breast augmentation, and buttock enhancement. Here's how these types of body procedures typically works:
Consultation - The process begins with a consultation with Dr. Fallek where you'll discuss your goals, medical history, and any concerns you may have. He will evaluate your anatomy and determine if you're a suitable candidate for fat grafting.
Harvesting - Fat for grafting is usually harvested from areas of the body where it's abundant, such as the abdomen, thighs, or buttocks. The surgeon will make small incisions in the donor site and use a thin cannula to suction out the fat. The harvested fat is then processed and purified to remove excess fluids and debris.
Preparation - While the harvested fat is being processed, the recipient site (the area where the fat will be injected) is prepared. This may involve making small incisions or using specialized techniques to create a space for the fat grafts.
Injection - Once prepared, the purified fat is carefully injected into the recipient site using a series of small, precise injections. The surgeon will strategically place the fat grafts to achieve the desired volume, contour, and symmetry. Multiple layers may be injected to ensure an even distribution and natural-looking results.
Sculpting and Contouring - After the fat is injected, the surgeon may sculpt and contour the area to achieve optimal results. This may involve gentle massage or manipulation of the injected fat to smooth out any irregularities and enhance the overall aesthetic outcome.
Recovery - After these body procedures, you'll experience some swelling, bruising, and discomfort in both the donor and recipient sites. Dr. Fallek will provide specific post-operative instructions, including wearing compression garments to minimize swelling and support the treated areas. Most patients can return to light activities within a few days, but strenuous exercise and heavy lifting should be avoided for several weeks.
Results - While you may notice some immediate improvement in the volume and contour of the treated area, it can take several weeks to months for the full results of fat grafting to become apparent. As swelling subsides and the tissues settle, you'll see a more natural-looking and long-lasting enhancement.
Follow-up - Dr. Fallek will schedule follow-up appointments to monitor your progress and ensure that you're healing properly. Dr. Fallek will provide guidance on when you can resume normal activities and address any concerns or questions you may have.
Fat grafting is a versatile and effective technique for enhancing various areas of the body and achieving natural-looking results. However, it's important to have realistic expectations about the outcomes and understand that some of the injected fat may be reabsorbed by the body over time. Be sure to discuss any concerns or questions you have with Dr. Fallek before undergoing the procedure.
Fat grafting, also known as autologous fat transfer, involves harvesting fat from one part of the body (such as the abdomen, thighs, or buttocks) and then transplanting it to another area. This technique is used to add volume, smooth contours, or correct defects. Stem cells are specialized cells with the potential to differentiate into various cell types and have regenerative properties.
In fat grafting with stem cells, the goal is to enhance the survival and regenerative capacity of the transplanted fat by enriching it with stem cells. The surgeon typically uses a cannula (a thin, hollow tube) to gently suction out fat tissue. This is usually done under local or general anesthesia, depending on the scope of the procedure.
Once the fat is harvested, it is processed to isolate and concentrate the stem cells. After isolating the stem cells, they are mixed with the processed fat to create a stem cell-enriched fat graft. This combination is intended to improve the quality and longevity of the graft. The enriched fat is then injected into the desired area using small cannulas or needles.
Dr. Fallek carefully injects the fat to ensure even distribution and achieve the desired contour and volume. This part of the procedure requires skill and precision to avoid overfilling and achieve natural-looking results. Swelling, bruising, and discomfort are common but typically subside over time. While results vary, many patients experience long-lasting outcomes and improved tissue quality compared to traditional fat grafting.
Dr. Fallek is currently advising Cervos Medical on their fat grafting/stem cell harvesting devices.

Redefine Your Body, & Your Confidence
Experience the transformative power of advanced contouring body procedures at Fallek Plastic Surgery, where our dedicated team, led by Dr. Fallek, is committed to guiding you toward a more confident and empowered version of yourself through personalized care and innovative treatments.
Brachioplasty
Brachioplasty, commonly known as an arm lift, attempts to procure a more natural and youthful look by removing the fat and excess skin hanging down from the underarms. This is most commonly requested by aging women, but some men opt to have this procedure as well. An arm lift is often performed on post-bariatric surgery patients who have lost huge amounts of weight in a short amount of time. The procedure helps to relieve patients' self-consciousness by wearing short sleeves or otherwise showing their arms.
Cool Sculpting
It’s called stubborn fat for a reason: no matter how much you eat healthy and exercise, it’s virtually impossible to lose. CoolSculpting targets fat cells alone, eliminating them in an easy, non-intrusive fashion that exercise and diet can’t achieve as quickly or as effectively.
Body Fx
BodyFX treatments target problematic fatty tissues for ideal body contouring.
- Radio frequency provides precise and optimal heating of the skin for reduction, contraction, and body shaping.
- Negative Pressure Massage applies gentle vacuum pressure, allowing for maximal depth treatment.
- Clinical studies show 30% adipocyte (fat cell) apoptosis at a 2.5 cm depth and 13.7% new collagen synthesis (neocollagenesis).
- Apoptosis: Apoptosis is a process of programmed cell death that occurs in multicellular organisms.
- Research indicates a direct correlation between new collagen synthesis and skin tightening.
UltraShape
UltraShape is the first and only FDA-cleared, non-invasive body-shaping procedure that uses focused pulsed ultrasound for selective fat-cell destruction. It’s not like anything out there. Unlike liposuction, UltraShape is non-surgical—which means no incisions, anesthetics, or recovery time.
Unlike other fat-reduction procedures that use heat or freeze fat, UltraShape is virtually painless and leaves no visible signs of treatment. So you can go to the doctor’s office and then hit your yoga class in a cropped top the same day.
All you’re left with are smooth, contoured results, often seen as quickly as 2 weeks after the first treatment. No wonder UltraShape has a RealSelf rating of over 90%.
SculpSure
The treatment takes only 25 minutes per area, which is much quicker than other noninvasive procedures. The procedure is pain-free, unlike other noninvasive procedures. The procedure is totally non-surgical, you will be able to walk out of the office by yourself and drive home or back to work. There is absolutely no downtime. This is truly a lunch time lipo!
The flexible applicator is applied to the skin over the area of stubborn fat. SculpSure uses a 1060nm laser to melt the fat in the desired area. Over the next six weeks, your body will eliminate the melted fat from your body. The applicators are able to treat larger areas. SculpSure is beneficial for treating areas that are flat or convex. Your tissue is not suctioned into a device for the treatment, so it is much more comfortable, a larger area can be treated, and we have more flexibility in the areas or regions that can be treated.
The procedure is ideally suited for patients with a BMI of less than 30 that have stubborn fat deposits on the abdomen and flanks. It is also suitable for patients who are unable to have surgery, patients who don’t want surgery, or are unable to have any downtime. In select patients, the procedure is good for improving areas of irregularity from previous liposuction.
