Trust in the skill and artistry of Fallek Plastic Surgery for face procedures with natural-looking results and a revitalized, age-defying look.
Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery)
The upper eyelid procedure is usually performed in an office with local anesthesia and lasts 45 minutes depending on the work done. Incisions are made along the eyelids in inconspicuous places. The surgeon removes excess tissue through these incisions and stitches them closed with fine sutures. Lower eyelid blepharoplasty can help remove the bags that become more prominent in the lower eyelid area as we age. Lower eyelid surgery is normally performed at a surgicenter under general anesthesia for more comfort and the procedure lasts about 1 hour. DR. Fallek prefers the transconjunctival approach which leads to fewer complications.
Facelift
A facelift is one of the most common face procedures, designed to treat wrinkles, sagging, and skin laxity within the face for a younger, more refreshed appearance. As we age, the effects of time, gravity, sun exposure, and stress inevitably take their toll on our faces, producing wrinkles, folds, fat deposits, and loose skin. Patients unhappy with the changing appearance of their face may seek relief through facelift face procedures.
During facelift face procedures, an incision is made around the ear, sometimes extending into the scalp, through which sculpting, lifting, and repositioning of the underlying fat, muscle, and deep tissues, and trimming and redraping of the skin may be performed for dramatic yet natural-looking results. The results of these face procedures are long-lasting.
Rhinoplasty (Nose Job)
Surgeons use one of two techniques: the incision is either made within the nostrils, thus hiding scars after surgery, or across the columella (the vertical strip of tissue separating the nostrils) in an "open" procedure, where scars are small and hidden on the underside of the base. In both rhinoplasty procedures, the skin is lifted, the bone and cartilage sculpted, and the skin is replaced and stitched closed. Patients with realistic goals for rhinoplasty are generally very happy with the new shape of their nose.
Non Surgical Nose Rhinoplasty
Non-surgical rhinoplasty is a medical procedure in which injectable fillers, most commonly hyaluronic acid ones like Restylane and Juvederm or calcium hydroxyapatite, are used to alter and shape a person's nose without invasive surgical face procedures.
Ear Surgery
Otoplasty, or ear surgery, is a surgical procedure performed to correct large, protruding, or otherwise deformed ears for a more proportionate appearance. Unlike most other plastic surgery procedures, otoplasty is most commonly performed on children, as the ears typically finish growing by the age of four. Early treatment helps reduce teasing and any effect on self-esteem that large or misshapen ears may cause. Otoplasty may often be performed to correct ears damaged by an accident or injury.

Chin Liposuction
Chin liposuction, also known as submental liposuction or double chin liposuction, is a cosmetic procedure designed to remove excess fat from beneath the chin and around the neck, creating a more defined jawline and reducing the appearance of a double chin. Here's a comprehensive overview of the chin liposuction procedure:
This procedure can be helpful for individuals with localized fat deposits under the chin, which might not respond to diet and exercise. It is also used for patients unhappy with the use of Kybella or Ultherapy. During the initial consultation, Dr. Fallek will assess your facial anatomy, skin elasticity, and medical history to determine if you're a suitable candidate. He will also discuss your goals, explain the procedure, and outline potential risks and complications.
Chin liposuction is typically performed under local anesthesia with or without sedation. In some cases, general anesthesia may be used, especially if the procedure is combined with other treatments. Dr. Fallek uses just the incision under the chin for his local chin liposuction, as experience has shown that behind-the-ear incisions do not add to the final appearance.
He uses a technique called tumescent liposuction, where a solution containing saline, lidocaine (a local anesthetic), and epinephrine (to reduce bleeding) is injected into the treatment area. This solution helps loosen the fat, making it easier to remove with the cannula. A thin cannula (a hollow tube) is inserted to break up and remove the excess fat. Once the fat is removed, the incision is closed with sutures and small adhesive strips. A compression dressing/bandage is applied to reduce swelling and support the healing process.
After the procedure, patients typically experience some swelling, bruising, and discomfort in the treated area. To minimize swelling and support the treated area, you'll need to wear a compression garment or chin strap as instructed at all times for 2 weeks and then at home for 2 weeks. Over-the-counter pain relievers or stronger prescribed medications can help manage discomfort and are usually prescribed as well as an antibiotic for a few days. You'll be advised to avoid strenuous activities and heavy lifting for a specified period to prevent complications. Finally, a follow-up appointment to monitor your recovery and remove sutures at 1 week will be scheduled.
Buccal fat reduction
Buccal fat pad reduction is a surgical procedure designed to sculpt the cheek area by removing excess fat from the buccal fat pads, which are located in the lower part of the cheeks. This procedure is commonly sought by individuals who desire a more defined facial contour or a reduction in cheek fullness.
During the procedure, which is typically performed under local or general anesthesia, incisions are made inside the mouth, usually near the back of the cheeks. This means there are no visible external scars. Through these incisions, the surgeon carefully removes a portion of the buccal fat pads, taking care to achieve a balanced and natural-looking result.
Buccal fat pad reduction is a relatively straightforward procedure with minimal downtime. Most patients can expect to return to normal activities within a few days to a week after surgery. However, swelling and bruising in the cheek area are common in the initial recovery period and may take several weeks to fully resolve.
PDO Threads
PDO threads (Polydioxanone threads) are minimally invasive cosmetic face procedures used for facial and body rejuvenation. The primary goal is to lift and tighten sagging skin, providing a more youthful appearance. Here's a detailed explanation of the PDO threads procedure:
PDO threads are made of polydioxanone, a biodegradable polymer that has been used in medical sutures for decades. The threads come in various types and configurations, such as mono threads, which are smooth and generally used for collagen stimulation, and barbed or cog threads, designed for lifting and supporting tissue.
PDO threads are used to address sagging skin, create a subtle lift, and stimulate collagen production. This procedure is often used to enhance the contours of the face, tighten loose skin on the neck or body, and provide a non-surgical facelift alternative.
Before undergoing a PDO threads procedure, a consultation with a qualified healthcare provider is essential. During this consultation, Dr. Fallek assesses your facial anatomy, discusses your goals, and determines if the procedure is suitable for you. He will also review your medical history to ensure there are no contraindications.

Ultherapy NYC
Ultherapy is the only non-surgical, non-invasive procedure that uses ultrasound and the body’s own natural healing process to lift, tone, and tighten loose skin on the brow, neck, and under the chin.
The only FDA-cleared procedure to lift skin on these hard-to-treat areas, Ultherapy uses the safe, time-tested energy of ultrasound to stimulate the deep structural support layers of the skin—including those typically addressed in surgical facelifts and other face procedures—without disturbing the surface of the skin.
The effect of focused ultrasound energy on new collagen growth over time!
Fractora
Fractora delivers targeted bipolar RF energy to various selectable depths in the skin. Fractora meets and exceeds the results of fractional CO2 without the associated downtime, prolonged redness, and pigmentation drawbacks. Fractora achieves full-scale treatment depths with customizable fractional energy to improve superficial skin tone problems (photo damage) to deep textural concerns (rhytids and tightening). Clinicians can select between variable depths, densities, and energy levels for results that were previously unattainable without excisional face procedures and surgeries.
Photofacial
The photofacial face procedures using IPL (Intense Pulse light) helps reverse the damage done by the New York City environment and the pace of modern-day life. Exposure to airborne pollutants and sun radiation combines with the natural aging process to create fine lines, wrinkles, and changes in the texture and color of our skin.
Kybella™
Kybella™ (deoxycholic acid) injection is the first and only FDA-approved nonsurgical treatment for contouring and improving the appearance of submental fullness, sometimes referred to as “double chin.”
